2016/2017 Performance of our Key Service Standards

This is a result of the Glasgow Life Customer Satisfaction Survey compared to our Service Standards.  This survey was conducted by a sample of 123 customers of Glasgow Arts, Glasgow Music and Cultural Venues April 2016 – June 2016.

Overall Customer Satisfaction Rating - 97%
Customer Satisfaction Target for 2016/17 - 95%

Service Improvements:
Couper Institute – Lighting has been replaced

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall – A programme of work is underway replacing our auditorium seating

Mitchell Theatre – A programme of work is underway to upgrade our dressing rooms

Tramway – Refurbishment of venue and toilet facilities completed. Plans currently in place to create a family friendly area within our café, launching September 2016.
