From Monday 14 July, the car park at the rear of Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum will be closed.
Parking during this time, including Blue-badge parking, will be available on Bunhouse Road, opposite the museum.
Kelvin Way is still closed off to pedestrians and vehicles alike. We expect that both the car park and Kelvin Way will be re-opened as usual from mid-August, and we will keep you informed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Since Sunday 1 June, there has been no vehicular or pedestrian access to the Museum and car park from Kelvin Way.
Vehicles can access the car park from a new slip road at the South West side of the Museum (just at the bridge on Dumbarton Road over the River Kelvin). However, buses and coaches are prohibited from using this new slip road due to lack of turning space and must drop off passengers on Argyle St.
