There’s a Good Move for everyone. With lots of activities in your local community, we'll help choose one that's right for you.​

We know it can sometimes be tough finding the motivation to start jogging on your own particularly if you’ve never done it before. That’s why Good Move helps support local jogging groups for people of all abilities all over the city.

Soon you’ll be enjoying the banter of our groups and feeling a wonderful sense of achievement at jogging your first mile. By then we’re sure you’ll think it’s a Good Move too.

Good Move Jogging now supports various local JogScotland groups to meet up and lead sessions across Glasgow. These cater for all levels, but if you are a complete beginner please contact the group prior to starting as some sessions will start on specific dates:
