Thursday 1 November
1 - 4pm
Fancy a relaxing afternoon with tea, scones, a bit of entertainment and a get together to share some stories? If yes, please come to the Tron for an inspiring afternoon with Dolina MacLennan, well known actor and writer who will lead an informal chat on Second Sight and provide a taste of the supernatural, with familiar stories to many in the Gaelic community.
This will be followed by a short extract performance from Bright Colours Only, a play which takes an unusual look at the funny side of funerals and death and the wake tradition – a play for those dying to live!
This event takes place on the 1st November, celebrated all around the world as Day of the Dead and All Saints and All Souls Day.
If you are a senior member of the Gaelic / Irish community then we hope this event will be particularly interesting for you.
