Glasgow Libraries Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms upon which you may enter the free prize draw competition offered by Glasgow Libraries.
Participants must have a full postal address to participate.
Employees or family members of employees of Glasgow Life or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to their name being released should they win.
There is no cash alternative available.
The competition deadline will be 5pm on the deadline date detailed in the competition promotional material.
The draw will take place within two weeks of the deadline date. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator.
The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner may be asked to participate in any reasonable non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
The winner will be contacted by Glasgow Life within 10 days of the draw and will receive their prize within 28 days of the draw provided they have provided their full contact details.
By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound to, and are deemed to have understood these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend the prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner, then the draw will be retaken.
