Toddlers Tales
Toddlers Tales is a fun, interactive, activity for parents, carers and children aged 3-5 years to enjoy together giving them the opportunity to enjoy physical play and help the child build vocabulary and knowledge. Bounce and Rhyme Time
A fun activity for parents, carers and children 3 or under with action songs, rhymes and stories that help children’s literacy and numeracy and are a great way for parents and carers to brush up on their nursery rhymes! Scottish Book Trust's Bookbug programme provides a range of free book packs for every child in Scotland from birth to P1.
All packs include books and specially selected items to encourage reading and writing in young children.
Bookbug Baby (for babies aged 6-16 weeks) A fantastic introduction to sharing books with your child.
Bookbug Toddler (for toddlers aged 13-24 months) Helps books a child's language and listening skills.
Bookbug Pirate (for three year olds) Builds on the book sharing message of the first two packs.
P1 Book (for children in their first year at primary school) Given every year to children during their first year at primary school.
