Form filling is made easy with Glasgow Libraries

Applying for benefits has changed so much in recent years with Universal Credit applications being completed online.

This can be daunting for many people who don’t use computers regularly, so library staff can help you access a PC and find the website in order to make an application as well as point you in the direction of some helpful PC basics courses.

And for some extra support using the Universal Credit Website, such as completing the claim form, you can visit one of our 3 Universal Credit Hub Libraries at Anniesland, Shettleston and Gorbals

One of many great reasons for using PCs at your local library! With 33 libraries across the city – find yours.
