Partick Library is free to join

Your membership gives you access to Glasgow's library network and the Mitchell Library.  You can also borrow or access:

    Free Money And Benefits Advice Service

    We are also working with the Citizens Advice Bureau to offer a free and confidential money and benefits advice service within the library from 10am until 1pm every Friday.

    Glasgow Kidz Card and Young Scot Card

    You can apply for a Glasgow Kidz Card and Young Scot Card at Partick Library!

    With the Glasgow Kidz Card anyone aged 5 to 11, living or attending school within the Glasgow City Council boundary, can obtain the card free of charge and enjoy discounts around Glasgow including free simming, films and more.  Click here for more information.

    The Young Scot Card is free for all 12 to 18 year olds living or attending school in the city, and gives you access to tons of special offers, discounts and services. Click here for more information.

Macmillan Cancer Information Point

If you're affected by cancer you may want to know there's someone you can turn to for help. Someone who can help find answers to your questions, whatever they may be. 

The Macmillan information point will provide you with information you need on living with all aspects of cancer as well as signposting you to the nearest Macmillan @ Glasgow Libraries drop in centre.​

Money & Employability Advice Service

We are also working with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Jobs and Business Glasgow to offer a free and confidential advice service within the library by appointment only.  For more info on this service or to book an appointment please call the library direct today.
