Please tell us the following information:
  • what animal or plant you saw
  • where you saw it (please be as precise as possible - a grid reference or postcode would be very helpful)
  • when you saw it
  • any other information – numbers, observations etc.

You can also send us photographs of yourself too, if you want to. You can either post it/them to us, or email it/them as an attachment.
