In order to better understand our visitors, we carried out a
visitor survey in our museums. This survey has helped us:
- gain an insight into how visitors find out information about the museum visited
- find out the main reasons for visiting
The results from the survey will help the continuous development of the museum services and identify the best methods for communicating with our visitors.
