The Burrell welcomes children and families, and its location in the beautiful woodland setting of Pollok Park makes it a great place for a family day out.
The museum is full of beautiful objects from all over the world, and our enthusiastic Learning and Access team deliver a busy programme of activities and events especially for children, to help them explore the museum and its wonderful collection in fun and accessible ways.

Wee Wednesdays
First Wednesday of every month from 2pm
Museum fun especially for children aged 2 to 4 years. Discover new ways to learn and play together. Wear old clothes - things might get messy!
Burrell for Families
Take a creative look at the treasures in our collection. These sessions are suitable for children aged 5 to 12.
