We are committed to increasi​ng access both to our museums and to our collections.

Below is a range of information related to physical access to the Gallery of Modern Art. You can find out about web access from our Accessibility page.

Braille versions of the Visit Glasgow Museums leaflet, object labels and gallery texts are available. Please ask at reception.

Disabled parking bays are available at the bottom of Queen Street next to the taxi rank. Blue badge holders can park in any pay and display parking bay.

Floor plans are available at the reception desk.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at GoMA.

Large print versions of object labels and gallery texts are available in the galleries. Large print versions of our Visit Glasgow Museums leaflet are available from reception.

Lifts are located through the main entrance to ground floor ellipse, turn left, and the lift is on the right hand side outside the entrance to the shop.

Call buttons outside the lifts are located on the left of the lifts doors on all levels.

The main entrance to the Gallery of Modern Art is on Queen Street, adjacent to Ingram Street.

The reception desk is located on the right hand side of the mirrored room as you enter the gallery.

Toilets are located on the basement and top floor levels. To get to the basement toilets: through main entrance to ground floor ellipse, turn left, and use either lift or stairs to get to basement.

Once in basement, turn left from stairs or lift and toilets are located behind the lift. Top floor toilets are adjacent to both the lift and stairs.

An accessible toilet is located in the basement and top floor levels. To get to the basement accessible toilets: through main entrance to ground floor ellipse, turn left, and use either lift or stairs to get to basement.

Once in basement, turn left from stairs or lift and toilets are located behind the lift.

Top floor accessible toilets are adjacent to both the lift and stairs.

There is wheelchair access to all floors and galleries.

Wheelchairs are available for visitors to borrow from the reception desk.
