The design of the cases is an elegant system of glass, metal, and ply units.
They can be altered in many ways to meet a particular object's display requirements.
For example, they can be given coloured and textured backgrounds or sides.
Being mostly glass, the case design also ensures more expansive views through them where required.
This applies particularly to the ground floor where new vistas have been opened up.
