Funding for the restoration of Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum came from a variety of sources.
A total of £35 million was raised.
The Heritage Lottery fund provided £12.8 million, which was the biggest grant made in Scotland.
Glasgow City Council and the European Regional Development Fund set aside £12 million.
The Kelvingrove Refurbishment Appeal Trust (chaired by Lord Macfarlane) was set up to raise £5 million through sponsorship and fundraising, and raised a total of over £12.75 million.
Historic Scotland donated £500,000.
Scottish Natural Heritage contributed £371,000 towards the project.
