In the Art Discovery Centre you can:
- explore line, shape and form
- use our interactives to explore objects in depth
- put together a mathematical pattern based on Islamic tiles
- use our ‘weaving wall’ and art connections wall
- find out what our ‘feel boxes’ are for
- create a poem about what you think is the mood of a particular painting, and
- look at pattern in a range of objects.
Our education team will normally be in the Discovery Centres at weekends, in the afternoon, and during school holidays.
