KG Cafe
The KG Café is situated on the basement level within the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, offering splendid views of Glasgow University and Kelvingrove Park.
Hot and cold breakfasts are available late morning Monday to Thursday and Saturday, with our popular deli sandwiches, pastries and cakes available daily between noon and closing. An exquisite afternoon tea is also available from 2pm till 4pm and can be upgraded to champagne with the special celebration option.
The main lunch menu, served from midday until 3pm, offers soups, savouries and salads. A wide selection of beers, wines, hot and soft drinks are available to compliment your meal.
The KG café offers a children’s menu to ensure the whole family are catered for and a range of organic baby food is available, free with adult meal. Alternatively, our chef will be happy to prepare something for your baby from our range of fresh produce upon request. Baby bottle warming facilities are available in the cafe. KG Coffee Shop
The KG Coffee Shop is in the magnificent main gallery on the ground floor of the museum, where you can enjoy freshly brewed tea and coffee, soft drinks and freshly made sandwiches and hot snacks.
We have regular visitors who sit and savour their lunch whilst enjoying the daily organ recital, at 1pm Monday to Saturday and 3pm on Sunday.
