Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum presents a weekend of Victorian-inspired performance, participation and entertainments, inviting our visitors to see the Victorians in a whole new light!
Drop in throughout either day on Saturday or Sunday to make your way around the museum and encounter a host of special interventions, including a ghost tour, a rogue taxidermist, a tea duel and a lesson in etiquette.
Much of the fun comes courtesy of visiting experts and performers, including Bicycle Boom by The Arches and Fish & Game, and the chance to meet Charles Darwin -thanks to Mischief La Bas!
The weekend is designed with all ages in mind, from families to an adult audience.
There will be events happening throughout both days. Programmes will be available in Kelvingrove over the weekend.
Entry to the days' events is FREE
Please note, entry to the museum will be free as usual and most activities will be free to join/watch, but Bicycle Boom includes a bike ride from kelvingrove to Riverside Museum at a cost of £8/6; places for this should be booked in advance from the Arches online, or by phone: 0141 565 1000.
