The fitness challenge that will burn over 4000 calories!
If you’re wondering how to get in shape for summer – look no further. Les Mills RPM classes take you on an indoor cycling journey through a variety of terrains, set to powerful music that will keep you going when the burn kicks in! They increase your cardio fitness, tone your legs, hips and bum and burn fat. In fact, on average you’ll burn 675 calories per 45 min session! So in just 6 classes, you’ll burn over 4000 calories – that’s either guaranteed weight loss, or extra cake allowance – you choose!
To celebrate the Tour de France coming to the UK this summer, Les Mills are running a 6 week #RPMchallenge to help you cycle your way to a better body.
How to get involved
Whether you are an RPM regular or you’ve never been before, everyone is welcome to take part. Just head to an RPM class at your local Glasgow Club once a week for 6 weeks. Get your friends involved too – a little team spirit goes a long way! Even if they're not Glasgow Club members, your friends can come on a pay as you go basis.
If you make it to the end and document your journey on social media, you’ll be entered for the chance to win a road bike and exclusive Les Mills Reebok kit.
All you need to do is . . .
Take a photo of each class and Tweet it to @lesmillsuk or post it to the Les Mills UK Facebook page, along with where the class was, the class time and instructor. Make sure you use the hashtag #RMPchallenge too.
