Does it really matter if we do as the book says and do,
“30 minutes of moderate exercise so it leaves you slightly out of breath and warm”?
Well apparently it does.
We could go into all manner of technical chit chat, about the benefits to your heart and muscles (which we might do later) but basically it will make you feel better. Honest. The body produces all kinds of positive hormones when you’re exercising that keep us feeling tip top, if a little tired.
And it doesn’t matter what it is you’re doing. If like most of us you are just looking to squeeze some much needed activity into your busy lifestyle then any kind of exercise will do. And the more variety you add to your training the more likely you are to keep at it.
Now before you say it, we know you are unbelievably busy. Finding time in your day to exercise is hard enough without having to find time to research different types of exercise. So we thought we might give you a helping hand.
