Together, you and your trainer will develop a bespoke training programme designed to give you what you need. All the Personal Trainers offer four general programmes and each Trainer offers a range of specialities. Sessions can be booked on a one-on-one basis, or as a ‘buddy’ session where you can train alongside a friend and share the time of your Personal Trainer.
