"One of the best things about the walks is you are able to meet people and do things at your own pace"
Welcome to Glasgow Health Walks!
Want to get out, about and active but don't know where to start? Why not come along and join us on one of our FREE health walks?
So what is a 'health walk'?
A Health Walk is a FREE, short, gentle and friendly walk up to an hour long for people of all ages and abilities. Each walk is led by trained volunteers so there is always a friendly welcome waiting for you and someone to lead the way.
Health Walks are a great way to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle and to meet new people.
Our team were delighted to be asked to feature on the John Beattie show on BBC Radio Scotland. Have a listen here
to hear about our walks.
Great! The walks take place at different times and locations across the city so there's bound to be one near you. Why not have a look at our brochure here
to find a walk that suits you. If you'd prefer to chat to our team who can help with any questions call us on 0141 287 0963.
