We know one size doesn't fit all. But we do know the benefits of regular exercise to a healthy lifestyle. So we have a variety of different options to help you find your favourite way to exercise at the weekly activity sessions.
Shape Up
This option features a different type of exercise every week. It allows you to experience the variety of activities that are on at your chosen venue and find one that suits you best.
Shape Up and Run
This incorporates a beginners running course as part of your Shape Up. Starting at a leisurely pace it will build as the weeks go on. The aim is for you to be able to run 3 miles, without stopping, by the end of your course.
Shape Up and Circuits
These sessions involve circuit training which helps with muscle tone and endurance. It's a great all round aerobic workout that will assist with your weight loss.
Shape Up and Bootcamp
You and the rest of your Shape Up platoon will get your marching orders and have some fun outdoors getting active using a range of military style fitness techniques.
Shape Up and Spin
An indoor cycling spin class featuring hill climbs, speed drills and bumpy roads. You'll ride to the rhythm of dynamic music and feel invigorated.
Shape Up and Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party. Zumba uses a fusion of Latin rhythms and dance moves that are easy to follow and great fun.
