Special Events

Scotstoun is proud to play host to a wide range of events throughout the year.

During these events, access to some areas within the facilities may be restricted. Please see below for more information:  

​Wednesday 4th October
School ​Swimming Gala
09:00 - 14:00
Both pools​ will close to public at 8am, allowing our early morning swimmers access. Pool is scheduled reopen at approximately 15:00 however we aim to have the pool open as soon as possible.
Saturday 7th October - Sunday 8th October
Tennis Competition
Saturday 09:00 - Sunday 16:00
4 x Indoor Tennis courts will be used between and will be unavaliable for booking. 3 x Outdoor Tennis Courts will remain bookable, subject to availability.

 Glasgow Warriors & Parking Information

Scotstoun Stadium is home to the Glasgw Warriors rugby team and du​ring home matches the venue will be particularly busy. Below is a note of upcoming home fixtures:

Parking restrictions will be in place on these days as there will be increased demand for spaces in our car park. Stewarding staff will be on site (approx. 3 hours prior to kick off and 3 hours following kick off) to assist with traffic management.

Permit parking zones will also be in operation in the local area so local residents should ensure that their badges are displayed as these will be enforced. Local residents can find more information on the Scotstoun permit zone by

Glasgow Warriors season ticket holders and spectators are not permitted to park on site at Scotstoun. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and make alternative parking / transport arrangements.

In an effort to preve​nt disruption to our member’s fitness routines, we have secured the use of the car parking facilities within St Thomas Aquinas School on match days, should the car park at Scotstoun be busier than normal.
