BIKE BUS
Price: £12.00
Simply book you and your bike on the bus and we’ll ferry you to one of the
7 Stanes centres – Glentress, Forest of Ae, Kirroughtree, Mabie. Ride for the
day then load up and get a lift home. All the centres have rides for any
level of ability so all you need is your bike, suitable clothing plus something
to eat and drink. Please be prompt for departures. Minimum age 18 years

Please note that no instruction or bike maintenance is offered, the service is
purely and simply to ferry you and your bike to and from the venue. You
therefore must be a competent cyclist and aware of the risks involved in
trail riding.
Departs Glasgow Club Gorbals 9am arrives back approximately 7pm

SAFE CITY CYCLING
Price: £15.00
These sessions are designed to get you confident about cycling in the City. A qualified ride leader will take you on a journey through the streets of Glasgow looking at skills along the way. These workshops require you to be a reasonably competent cyclist with your own bike that is in good working order. If you book on 2 or more of the sessions a discount is available for the maintenance workshop.

Want to know some tips on how to keep your bike on the road? In two hours we will explain the basics of bike set up and roadside repairs. Bring along your bike if you can and prepare to get a little oily. 12 people max.
