A couple of our regular venues become Games venues during the summer months but fear not - we have made alternative arrangements so that you don't miss out on your exercise. Some sessions have been merged with others, while others have been re-located. Check out the Running Network Timetable and 2014 Games guide for the latest information. Remember to participate in some sessions you must be able to run 3 miles without stopping.....but we're here to help with our Beginners' courses....before long you will be running that distance effortlessly!!
