BasketballScotland’s Performance Pathway is designed to identify and develop talented players from Grass Roots to World Class Performance level. The structure provides local, accessible training and competition opportunities through Clubs and Development Squads linked to National Talent Development Programmes. All programmes provide the opportunity for athletes to reach their full potential and compete at the highest level.
The pathway also aims to identify potential volunteer coaches and officials providing development opportunities linked to National Squad programmes.
