Performance Development

Scottish Rugby’s National Player Pathway identifies and develops our most talented players to perform to the highest standard and reach their potential. The pathway aims to identify players at a young age, ensure they are put on the correct programmes from the age of 14 and ensure that these players are receiving the correct support at club and school level. The pathway also aims to identify potential volunteer coaches and provide development opportunities that allow progression to District and National programmes.
