The Venue

Barmulloch Community Centre is managed by Culture and Sport Glasgow on behalf of Glasgow City Council as a resource for the local community. It was originally built on 24th January 1973 and opened by Chief Constable David B. McNee.  In recent years the centre has undergone an upgrade which has included the welcome addition of a library.

The centre consists of one main hall and two medium lesser halls. It also has a small lesser hall and a small meeting room.

It is open 9am till late weekdays and opens weekends for library and club use and also when required for special events.

Experienced staff are on hand to assist with any special requirements.

Barmulloch Community Centre is a perfect venue for meetings and small conferences, classes and clubs, fairs and exhibitions all at very competitive rates. It is also a very popular venue for parties, dances and weddings for which special packages are available.

Please note that in accordance with Government policy, smoking is not permitted in Barmulloch Community Centre.
