St Francis Community Centre

St Francis Community Centre

The Venue

St Francis Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council as a resource for the local community and a business venue.

The building was originally a church but in 1998, £1.3m was spent converting it into a community centre   The facility offers a large hall with stage / dance floor which can seat 200 and meeting rooms, which can cater for a break out meetings and small scale meeting.  Opening hours are flexible to suit most people’s needs and there is experienced staff on hand to assist with any special requirements including advice on organizing events.

All this makes St Francis Community Centre  a perfect venue for meetings and small conferences, classes and clubs, fairs and exhibitions, rehearsals and small concerts all at very competitive rates. It is also available for parties, dances and functions.

Call the telephone number for bookings or information.

In-house Catering

Adjacent to the main hall is a seating/ catering area and though the center does not have in-house catering in the past a wide range of private caterers has used this area.
