To help you choose the food and wine for your wedding breakfast, we offer a complimentary menu tasting with your wedding consultant prior to your big day

Specially designed by our Chefs, our menus contain a wide choice of delicious nutritionally balanced courses that complement each other perfectly.

Our kitchens use the finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible to give an authentic Scottish taste.  

Please select one starter, one main course and one dessert plus a vegetarian alternative. 

Wedding Dinner Menu includes tea and coffee. 

 

STARTERS

  • Goat’s Cheese and Spinach Tartlet on Mixed Leaves
  • Salad of Roast Venison, Puy Lentils and Cous Cous with Walnut Oil Dressing
  • Gateau of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties with a Whisky Café au Lait
  • Tian of North Atlantic Prawns and Smoked Salmon served with a Salad of Chilli, Lemon and Crab
  • Free Range Chicken and Garlic Terrine accompanied with Piccalilli and Crisp Toasts
  • Fantail of Galia Melon with a Pineapple and Mango Salsa finished with a Chilli and Vanilla Syrup
  • Mango and Dill Cured Salmon served with a dressed Oriental Salad

  • Spiced Roast Duck Breast, Sweet Potato Mash, Red Onion and Plum Compote, Steamed Greens and a Szechuan Peppercorn Sauce
  • Scottish Fillet Steak with Gratin Potatoes, Haggis stuffed Mushroom, Roast Courgettes and Port and Thyme Jus (£4.25 + VAT supplement)
  • Herb Gnocchi in Creamed Spinach and Dolcelatte Cream on a Medley of Green Vegetables
  • Roast Chicken Supreme Stuffed with Sundried Tomato and Basil Mousse, Balsamic Roast Provencal Vegetables and Crushed Potatoes
  • Roast Breast of Chicken with Creamed Cabbage, Haggis Champ and a Whisky Café au Lait
