Volunteer DofE Leaders assist Glasgow Life to work with young people who are undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Duties include: working directly with young people on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups; liaising with internal and external partners to identify opportunities in volunteering or activities to help young people complete their award; and assisting with expeditions.
Volunteers are not required to assist with all sections. We particularly welcome people with an interest in the outdoors (including those with leadership qualifications) but this is not necessary.
