Below are a list of some of the most common questions we receive from Kidz Card holders and their parents. Please check to see if any of these answer your enquiry.

Q: Where can I get a Kidz Card application form?

A: You can pick up an application form from;

Your school office (if you attend a Glasgow City Council School)
Any Glasgow Library
Any Glasgow Club Leisure Centre

Q: How long does it take to get my card?

A: After we receive your application form in our office it can take between 7 – 10 working days for the card to reach you. If you haven’t received it by then please call 0141 276 0727.

Q: What is your address / Where do I send my form to?

A: You don't need to post your form to us - just hand your form into your school or local Glasgow Library and they will arrange to send it to us.

Q: Can I hand my application form in and get my card straight away?

A: No, you must hand your form into your local library who will then arrange to have it forwarded to us.

Q: How do I know if I’m eligible for a card?

You need to either attend a school within the Glasgow City boundary or live in Glasgow (i.e. your parents pay their Council Tax to Glasgow City Council)

Q: What type of things can you get with a Kidz Card?

A: There are loads of things you can get with a Glasgow Kidz Card! You can get free swimming at any Glasgow Life pool, discounts in shops and loads more!

Q: I’ve lost my Wee Grid magazine, how can I get another one?

A: You can pick up a copy of the Wee Grid magazine from your local Glasgow Library or Leisure Centre! You can also view it online at and enter The Wee Grid section.
