Getting your Kidz Card
To apply for the Glasgow Kidz Card, you can download and print out the Glasgow
Kidz Card Application Form.
. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this form. This software can be freely downloaded from the Adobe Website.
Please ensure your completed application is stamped by your local library or school before submitting your application. Completed applications should be handed in to your school or local Glasgow Library.
Important Note:
If you do not hand your form in to your school, you must hand it in to your local Glasgow Library.

Replacement Cards/Change of Address
If you are looking for a replacement card or wish to notify us of a change of address, then you can do this via our secure online form to save time.
Simply fill in your details and tick the relevant box and we will update your details and/or send you a new card as required.
