Getting your Kidz Card
To apply for the Glasgow Kidz Card, you can download and print out the Glasgow Kidz Card Application Form. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this form. This software can be freely downloaded from the Adobe Website.
Please ensure your completed application is stamped by your local library or school before submitting your application. Completed applications should be submitted to the address on the left hand side of this page.
If you're visiting us in person, please come to Glasgow Life Reception on the 2nd Floor. However, please note that cards are not produced internally and that cards will be posted to the home address stated on the form.
Office opening hours
If you're visiting us in person, please come to Glasgow Life Reception on the 2nd Floor. We're open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday, 9am to 4pm (except Christmas/New Year and Easter public holidays). Important Note:
From 26 March 2012 you will no longer be
able to apply in person at 20 Trongate for a Glasgow Kidz Card however
you can apply for your card at any Glasgow Library.
Replacement Cards/Change of Address
If you are looking for a replacement card or wish to notify us of a change of address, then you can do this via our secure online form to save time.
Simply fill in your details and tick the relevant box and we will update your details and/or send you a new card as required.
