Glasgow Young Scot Glasgow Kidz Card
1. Reviews must be submitted by individual card holders. Points can only be credited to an individual’s Glasgow Young Scot Card or Kidz card. No group cards or other Young Scot cards are eligible for the scheme.
2. Reviews can be submitted to any of the following:
• post to - Glasgow Young Scot & Kidz Card, FREEPOST, SCO 6514, Glasgow, G1 5BR
• Hand deliver to - Glasgow Young Scot & Kidz Card, Glasgow Life, 20 Trongate, Glasgow, G1 5ES
3. All card holders submitting reviews must provide the following with their review; If this info is not provided the relevant points will NOT be credited to the individual’s card.
• THEIR FULL NAME
• CARD NUMBER
• POSTCODE
• DETAIL THE TOPIC/SERVICE THEY ARE REVIEWING
4. Reviews can be submitted for any topic/service where the Points For Views icon is displayed. Please state in your review where the Points for View icon was placed in the facility/venue you have reviewed.
5. By submitting a review you are providing consent for your review to be published via Glasgow Life  marketing materials.
6. Glasgow Life facilities reserve the right to edit reviews as necessary for marketing purposes.
7. Kidz Card holders reviews (between 10-15 points) must be a minimum of 50 words and Glasgow Young Scot Card holders reviews (between 10-15 points) must be a minimum of 75 words. All reviews must be relevant to the topic/service being reviewed.
8. All diary reviews displaying (min 3 months - max 6 months) require the card holder to be involved in that activity for a minimum period of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months.

9. To redeem your points, please indicate to the receptionist (at any Glasgow Life leisure facility) what reward you would like to redeem your points for. Some items will be available to be redeemed at the centre, however, for some items you will be provided with a voucher and receipt which will allow you to visit the GYSC/KC office to collect your reward. Please call in advance in order to ensure reward is in stock
10. Where reviews are submitted for the same service area at the same time (within a 5 day time span), these reviews will be given a collective points awards.
11. Points shown on marketing material are the maximum number of points that can be allocated. However on some occasions additional bonus points may be allocated and this will be at the discretion of Glasgow Life
12. Maximum points will only be allocated where the quality of the review is deemed to be beneficial to the topic/service being reviewed and this will be at the discretion of Glasgow Life.
13.Glasgow Life reserve the right to award bonus points at given times throughout the year.
14. All points must be redeemed by 31 January of the following year. Your points total will be displayed at the bottom of your till receipt (issued by Glasgow Life leisure facilities). All card holders points will revert to 0 on 1 February 2010 and every 1st February thereafter.
15. All rewards are subject to availability. If unavailable you will be provided with a timescale within which your reward will be provided or you will be offered an alternative reward of similar point value.
16. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that the scheme is being abused, including withholding points previously credited to your account.
17. Glasgow Life may withdraw the scheme at any time and we may change the terms and conditions of the scheme. We will notify of any changes to the scheme.
