On Wednesday 22nd June Glasgow Kidz Card's My Special Big Person awards took place at Hamley's Toy Shop.
Clyde 1's Adrian Coll hosted what really was a fantastic night which started with lots of entertainment and fun including kids disco, karaoke, nail bar, Millies Cookies decoration stall and Playstation and Wii challenges. Food and drink were provided by Di Maggio's.
The awards ceremony were broken into 4 categories :
The Winner of the Special Category was Gordon Gray and grandson Darren
Finalists in this category were:

The Winner of the Helpful Category was George Morrison and Joseph.
Finalists in this category were:

The Winner of the Inspirational Category was Luke McLelland and Stephen.

Exceptional Award
The Exceptional Award was given out to someone that the judges felt really deserved it, someone who really had been an exceptional Big Special in our Kidz Card holders life.
The Winner of the Exceptional Category was Mary Ann Wilson and Aedan.
