Take your completed application form along with the necessary identifcation to your nearest Glasgow Library. You can find your nearest library in the table below:

ATTENTION 16-18’s: RENEWAL OF RAIL PASS*
If you’re aged 16-18 and have a rail voucher entitling you to 50% off travel, did you know that this needs to be renewed each year? If you didn’t, don’t worry – we can get you another! All you need to do is contact our office by phone on 0141 276 0727 or email youngscot@glasgowlife.org.uk approximately 3 weeks before your card expires and we’ll order you a new one!
