ACES (Active Children Eating Smart) is an exciting healthy eating activity club run by Glasgow Life for children and young people who are above a healthy weight. At ACES, you will be able to try new ways of getting active that work for you and discover how to really enjoy healthy eating, with support from your family. The programme runs in the following venues across Glasgow:
Glasgow Club Maryhill: Mondays 6:15pm – 7:45pm
St Margaret Mary’s Secondary School, Castlemilk: Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Govan High School, Govan: Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Lochend Community High School, Easterhouse: Thursdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm
St Thomas Aquinas Secondary School, Scotstoun: Thursdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Teen ACES - Maryhill (14-15 year olds)
Information aimed at teenagers aged 14-15 only with a specific view to increasing participation rates within our teen-only programme at Maryhill:
“Teen ACES is a new and exciting healthy lifestyle programme run by Glasgow Life for teenagers aged 14 – 15 who are above a healthy weight. You will be able to try new ways of getting active that work for you and discover how to really enjoy healthy eating. This programme will run at Glasgow Club Maryhill and will include access to all facilities i.e. gym, swimming pool and Zumba class. Upon successful completion of the programme you will also benefit from a FREE 6-month fitness unlimited Glasgow Club pass, valid at any Glasgow Club facility.
