Behind the scenes at Glasgow Life
As one of Scotland’s largest charities delivering services in culture, sport and learning across Glasgow, our organisation has undergone a rapid and radical change since the government announced its unprecedented lockdown measures.
Having closed our venues in all but the most exceptional cases, we’ve had to get used to a new way of living and working, which would have been unthinkable at the start of this year.
What hasn’t changed though is our commitment to supporting and bringing meaning to the lives of the people of Glasgow.
Behind the scenes, teams across Glasgow Life have been working hard to ensure #GlasgowLifeGoesOn; developing online versions of some of the most popular activities and programmes that we know 75% of Glaswegians enjoyed and relied on in 2019.
