Keeping active in your later years is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. It helps to keep your bones and muscles strong at a time when your body begins to lose some of its strength, as well as reducing your risk of developing many diseases. It's also important to break up your sitting time as much as possible, including reducing screen time such as watching TV or sitting at a computer.

You can find out more about how much and what types of activities are suitable for Older Adults in this infographic.
