Charting music’s journeys from Scotland across the Atlantic, and along the Appalachians from the Deep South to Québec, master Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser premières his latest collaborative odyssey. Joining his regular travelling-companion, cellist Natalie Haas, are her fiddler sister Brittany, formerly of neo-bluegrass stars Crooked Still; Québécois guitarist, accordionist and singer Yann Falquet, and phenomenal US stepdancer Nic Gareiss, whose virtuoso footwork unites myriad roots and branches of traditional American dance.

Inspired by such genre-blurring outfits as The Gloaming and the Danish String Quartet, Irish quartet Strung combine their classical conservatoire training, on violin, cello, piano and vocals, with a passion for traditional music.
