The origins of Glasgow Museums suffragette collection. Glasgow women were active suffragettes and in 1955 suffragette Janet Barrowman gifted material that reflected her and her sister suffragettes struggle. This talk looks at  what this tells us about the women’s suffrage movement in Glasgow and also how museum collections have been developed.
