Expect an electrifying high energy mix of self penned Irish trad style tunes  with elements of bluegrass and swamp-trad.

Chris Gray’s debut album is brimming with hugely energised and creative compositions rooted in the tradition of folk music. Chris’ album features all original tracks arranged for an ensemble featuring highland pipes, whistle, piano, fiddle, guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, concertina and cello. The music exudes Chris’ strong upbringing in folk music as well as various other influences and styles including his love of jazz and classical music. With Graham Mackenzie on fiddle, Innes Watson on acoustic guitar, Michael Biggins on keys, Duncan Lyall on upright & electric bass, Mark Scobbie on drums, Alice Allen on cello, Mohsen Amini on concertina, Ewan MacPherson on mandolin, Calum MacCrimmon on Highland pipes & whistles, and a string section!
