A Festival of International Dance for the City

Featuring
Scottish Dance Theatre | Trajal Harrell | Nora Invites Deborah Hay | V/DA | Colette Sadler | Zadie Xa and many, many more...

Tramway is thrilled to bring the third edition of its biennial festival DIG: Dance International Glasgow, to the city, a three-week-long journey through a spectrum of performances from 5 continents.

We are delighted to host some of the most important choreographic figures of our generation alongside new work from our most exciting local artists. DIG explores and plays with traditional ideas of dance, featuring productions which embrace music, song, visual art, installation, film, text and more.

It also takes dance beyond conventional theatre spaces, with performances in Tramway's galleries and exhibitions - including this summer's blockbuster show, 'Until' by Nick Cave - and outdoor spaces beyond the venue. While Tramway is the hub of this festival, there are also events in the CCA, the Glue Factory, and The Hidden Garden's Boilerhouse.
