Fotografische Parallelen / Photographic Parallels: Artist Talks

Fotografische Parallelen : Photographic Exchange between Street Level in Glasgow and OSTKREUZ Association in Berlin.

To coincide with Festival 2018, eight members of the aff Galerie collective will be shown at Trongate 103, whilst at Goethe Institute and Hillhead Library, ‘Totally East’ by Harald Hauswald will be shown. A film by Maik Reichart ‘Foto OSTREUZ’ will also be screened and there will be talks by the two residency artists and four of the artists exhibiting in Trongate 103.

In October during MONAT DER FOTOGRAFIE OFF, an exhibition of contemporary Glaswegian photographers takes place at aff Galerie and at Das Giftraum work by Harry Papadopoulos, plus a screening of the acclaimed film ‘Big Gold Dream’ on the history of Scottish post-punk and indie music. Talks and performances will also feature in this reciprocal element.
