Founded by Stefan Kassel and Frank Lähnemann in 1993, Hamburg indie label Marina Records has long been a home for classic yet singular Scottish pop songwriting. Tonight’s finale to 2018’s 25th birthday festivities – which included the bumper anniversary compilation Goosebumps – assembles a vast cast of Marina artists, including James Kirk, Malcolm Ross, Duglas T. Stewart, The Pearlfishers, Cowboy Mouth, The Secret Goldfish, Jazzateers, The Kingfishers, The Bathers, Sugartown, Colin Steele, The Magic Circles and Starless.

Vocalist Mairi Whittle and guitarist/pianist Jack Boyce - aka Fenella - will open the show. They pool diverse retro influences (The Doors, Love, Tim Buckley The Velvet Underground) into freshly arresting songcraft. Their debut album will be released in April as a joint release between Last Night From Glasgow & Little Tiger Records.
