Hunting was an essential part of life in the past. Humans and animals worked together to pursue prey. Sometimes for sport but also for food, the culture of the hunt developed its own rituals and increasing use of finely-crafted equipment.

Join Ralph Moffat, Curator of European Arms and Armour to explore the world of the hunt and the lavish weapons that were produced for this high-status pursuit.
