Made In Glasgow by Local Heroes

Local Heroes in partnership with Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, unites some of the city’s leading designers in an innovative public exhibition in Glasgow’s Merchant City at 58 Albion Street. 11 exclusive special commissions – including The Glasgow Raincoat; a trio of illustrated cotton scarves; powder-coated jewellery and a bumbag made using nettles – form a presentation of over 30 high quality products all designed in the city.

Made In Glasgow by Local Heroes is an exciting 3 week-long celebration of design where every exhibit is for sale. Displayed in an immersive exhibition environment designed by Glasgow artist Steff Norwood, the show acts as a catalyst for audiences to explore design culture with a limited edition newspaper and special events.
