We are delighted to welcome internationally acclaimed Glasgow author Mason Cross to Dennistoun Library to help us celebrate Book Week Scotland 2019.
Mason Cross is the author of the Carter Blake series of crime thrillers and this evening he will give us an insight into his latest standalone novel 'What She Saw Last Night'. This is the story of Jenny Bowen going home on the Caledonian Sleeper and finding herself with a secret that could get her killed and knowing a truth that no one will believe.
There will be an opportunity for questions and to borrow a range of books by the author.
Refreshments will be provided. No advance booking required, just pop in.

On occasion, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.

Study spaces are available throughout the library, however there is no booking system in place.

Free WiFi is available and patrons can connect through Glasgow Libraries free network.

Dennistoun Library is home to three works by Glasgow-based artist Andrew Hay. Paintings Gallowgate Neon and Gallowgate Noir hang alongside a print of Hay’s cinema poster painting This Gun for Hire for you to enjoy at your leisure.
