Join us for one of our short events, where each week we showcase items from our wonderful collections. Reflecting changing world events, social conditions, technological advancements and cultural ideas since The Mitchell Library opened in 1877, our collections cover books, photographs, journals, and historical documents.
It’s Oscars Time! To mark the occasion, we’re showcasing from our stacks a selection of books commemorating Tinsel Town’s most
glittering night of the year. Step back in time with some of the legendary stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood.
