Merchant City Festival 2019 opens with a spectacular street carnival party! Taking inspiration from the baroque delights of the Venice carnival, expect beautiful masks, gorgeous costumes, and pirouettes of colour! Come as fancy as you dare, and strike a pose.
After the street party join the party in Merchant Square from 7.30pm for some live music and choreographed dancing.
